چکیده

The present study investigated the effect of fish meal (FM) replacement with fermented soybean (FSM) on growth performance, nutrient utilization, serum biochemical indices, intestinal histology, and microbial community hybrid snakehead. Five isonitrogenous diets were formulated FSM inclusion to decrease dietary FM from 350 g/kg (the control diet) 300, 250, 200, 150 g/kg, referring CON, FM-30, FM-25, FM-20, FM-15, respectively, then fed snakehead initial body weight 6.49 ± 0.03 g for 60 days. group showed best a gain rate (WGR) 417.0% feed conversion ratio (FCR) 0.84, but WGR in FM-15 groups was decreased by 26.25%, 40.60%, 42.23% FCR increased 0.24, 0.45, when compared those CON ( id="M2"> P < 0.05 ). apparent digestibility coefficients dry matter crude protein, protein efficiency retention, total cholesterol content, muscle thickness FM-20 villus height all significantly lower than id="M3"> Intestinal microbiota analysis indicated that main microorganisms included Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria. At genus level, Plesiomonas dominant highest relative abundance group. In summary, diet containing FM, can successfully replace 50 without negative effects health juvenile.

Effects of Replacing Soybean Meal with Fermented Rapeseed Meal on Performance, Serum Biochemical Variables and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers

This trial was performed to study the effects of replacing soybean meal (SBM) with fermented rapeseed meal (RSM) on growth performance, serum biochemistry variable and intestinal morphology of broilers. A total of 640 d-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly allocated to 4 dietary treatments, 4 pens per treatment and 40 birds per pen for a 6-wk feeding trial. In the four treatment groups,...

Effects of replacing soybean meal with canola meal and decreasing ‎crude ‎protein ‎on milk production and nutrient utilization of dairy cows in early lactation

This study investigated the effects of replacing soybean meal (SM) with canola meal (CM) and decreasing crude protein (‎CP) levels in CM based diets on performance of dairy cows when different sources of processed grains and CM were used. Canola meal was untreated or roasted at 130°C for 30 minutes and grains sources (corn and barley) were either ground or steamed-flaked. Eight Holstein cows (‎...

Draft genome of the Northern snakehead, Channa argus

The Northern snakehead (Channa argus), a member of the Channidae family of the Perciformes, is an economically important freshwater fish native to East Asia. In North America, it has become notorious as an intentionally released invasive species. Its ability to breathe air with gills and migrate short distances over land makes it a good model for bimodal breath research. Therefore, recent resea...

In situ Evaluation of Ruminal Degradability and Intestinal Digestibility of Sunflower Meal Compared to Soybean Meal

The aim of this study was to compare the nutritional value of sunflower meal (SFM) and soybean meal (SBM) protein by determining both its ruminal degradability and intestinal digestibility. Three non lactating Jersey cows fitted with a rumen and T-type duodenal cannulas were used to estimate rumen degradability and intestinal digestibility of SFM and SBM dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP). ...
